Client Obligations: Clients must provide necessary access (e.g., ad accounts, website backend) and creative assets required for us to deliver the services. Delays in providing these may impact project timelines.
Payment Terms: All services are billed in advance or as per the payment schedule agreed upon in the service proposal.
Payment Processing: We use secure third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay and Cashfree Payments to process invoices.
Data Security: Rohit Automates (Rohit Kumar) does not store or process sensitive card numbers, UPI PINs, CVVs, or banking credentials. All financial data is handled directly by the licensed payment gateway.
Late Payments: Failure to clear invoices by the due date may result in a temporary pause of services until dues are cleared.
Client Ownership: Upon full payment, the client owns the rights to the creative content and campaigns specifically created for them during the service period.
Agency Rights: We retain the right to use the work created for the client (e.g., case studies, portfolio display) for our own promotional purposes, unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed.
You must not misuse our website or services to promote illegal activities, hate speech, or fraudulent schemes.
Attempts to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt our platform or our clients’ campaigns will result in immediate termination of services and potential legal action.
We agree to keep all client business data, strategies, and login credentials confidential.
Likewise, the client agrees not to disclose our proprietary strategies, pricing models, or internal methodologies to third parties.
Performance: While we use industry-standard strategies to achieve the best possible results, Digital Marketing relies on third-party platforms (Google, Meta, etc.) and market behavior. Therefore, we do not guarantee specific results (e.g., a specific number of leads, sales, or ROAS).
Platform Changes: We are not responsible for disruptions caused by policy changes, bans, or technical issues on third-party platforms like Facebook or Google.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, profits, or data, arising from the use of our services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in the month preceding the claim.
Our website may contain links to third-party tools or gateways. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these external sites.
These Terms of Use shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in, India.
