However, since our services involve the allocation of time, manpower, and intellectual property, we have a strict Refund and Cancellation Policy to ensure fairness for both parties.

1. Scope of Services

Rohit Automates provides digital marketing services (e.g., ad management, consultancy). We do not sell physical products or downloadable software. Therefore, our refund policy differs from traditional e-commerce sites.

2. Refund Eligibility Criteria

Refunds are generally not provided for services once the work has commenced. However, we may consider refund requests under the following specific circumstances:

  • Non-Commencement of Work: If you have paid for a service and we have not initiated the onboarding process or project work within 7 business days of the payment, you are entitled to a full refund.

  • Duplicate Payment: If you accidentally paid twice for the same invoice, the duplicate amount will be refunded immediately.

  • Service Cancellation (Before Start): If you cancel your service request within 24 hours of payment and before any strategy planning or ad account setup has begun.

3. Non-Refundable Items & Scenarios

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following scenarios:

  • Setup Fees: Any one-time setup fees or onboarding fees are non-refundable as they cover the initial manpower used to audit accounts and create strategies.

  • Ad Spend: Money paid directly to third-party platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) is strictly non-refundable by us. We do not control third-party billing.

  • Change of Mind: Refunds are not granted if you simply change your mind after the work has started or after the strategy has been delivered.

  • Performance Metrics: While we strive for the best results, digital marketing relies on external factors. We do not offer refunds based on specific KPIs (e.g., “I didn’t get enough leads”) unless explicitly guaranteed in a separate written contract.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Monthly Retainers: Clients on a monthly retainer model may cancel their subscription by providing 30 days’ written notice via email to support@rohitautomates.com

  • Billing: Services will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. No pro-rata refunds will be issued for the remaining days of a month if the client chooses to stop services early.

5. How to Request a Refund

If your refund request is approved:

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Credit Card, UPI, or Bank Transfer).

  • The amount should reflect in your account within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank’s processing speed.

  • We use secure gateways like Razorpay and Cashfree Payments; we do not have the ability to speed up bank processing times.

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
