Since these are service-based solutions, no physical shipping, packaging, or courier delivery is required.

2. Service Activation & Timeline

Immediate Confirmation: Upon successfully processing your payment via Razorpay or Cashfree Payments, you will receive an automated email receipt confirming your transaction.

Onboarding & Project Kickoff: Since our work involves manual strategy and setup, service delivery is not instant.

  1. Representative Contact: A dedicated account manager or team member will contact you via Email or Phone within 24–48 business hours of your payment.

  2. Onboarding: We will schedule a kickoff call or send an onboarding form to gather necessary access (e.g., Ad Account access, creative assets).

  3. Service Start Date: The official “Start Date” of your service is considered the day we gain access to the necessary accounts to begin work, or as agreed upon in your Service Agreement.

3. Mode of Delivery

Our services are delivered through electronic means:

  • Communication: Via Email, WhatsApp, or Slack (as per client preference).

  • Reporting: Performance reports are delivered digitally via email or through a live dashboard link (e.g., Google Looker Studio).

  • Deliverables: Any strategy documents, ad copies, or creative assets will be shared via Google Drive, Email, or other cloud storage links.

4. Delays in Service Delivery

If you have completed a payment but have not heard from our team within 48 business hours, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue.

Common causes for delay:

  • Incorrect email address provided during checkout.

  • Payment is held under review by the Banking Partner/Gateway.

  • Missing requirements from the client side (e.g., pending access to Facebook Business Manager).

5. No Physical Shipping & Tracking

Since Rohit Automates deals exclusively in professional services:

  • There are NO physical packages sent to your address.

  • There are NO courier tracking numbers provided.

  • There are NO shipping charges or hidden delivery fees.

6. Proof of Delivery

For the purpose of disputes or chargebacks, the following shall serve as “Proof of Delivery”:

  • Onboarding Email: The email sent by our team initiating the project.

  • Service Agreement: The signed contract or email acceptance of terms.

  • Performance Reports: Monthly or weekly reports sent to the client’s registered email address demonstrating work done.

7. User Responsibility

To ensure timely delivery of services, the client is responsible for:

  • Providing a valid and active email address.

  • Responding to onboarding requirements (e.g., granting ad account access) in a timely manner.

  • Ensuring their contact details are up to date.

Rohit Automates is not responsible for delays caused by the client’s failure to provide necessary assets or access.
